6. Service Level Agreement

Delivery Timelines

We strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by:

Support and Maintenance

Post-delivery support terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard warranty period is 30 days for bug fixes.

7. Confidentiality

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

Termination by Asrofyz

We may terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or other valid reasons with appropriate notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between parties
2. Mediation if direct negotiation fails
3. Arbitration under Indian Arbitration laws
4. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
